Sony Ericsson W705 Walkman phone and Wireless Audio System MBS-900 unveiled

Sony Ericsson unveils the new W705 Walkman phone and Wireless Home Audio System MBS-900 in conjunction with the MTV Europe Music Awards. Sony Ericsson offers consumers with an enhanced mobile entertainment experience. Connect to broadband hot spots using Wi-Fi with the new W705 and access your favorite songs as well as popular YouTube video clips. You can stream tunes wirelessly to the amazing MBS-900 speaker through Bluetooth.
The W705 bundles up the Walkman features like TrackID, SensMe and Shake control. The W705 also includes PlayNow arena offering full range of mobile entertainment, several themes, wallpapers, ring tones, abundant free content, DRM-free music tracks and TrackID charts.
The new W705 phone also packs in desktop direct search for online music, Wi-Fi and DLNA certified, 2.4” screen, automatic rotation, Google maps, 3.2 megapixel camera, FM radio and 4GB memory card.
The new Wireless Home Audio System MBS-900 complements the W705 phone. This stylish Home Audio System MBS-900 wirelessly connects to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, providing an amazing audio experience with its high quality, dual speaker and sub-woofer system. You can adjust the music settings of the MBS-900 from the other side of the room using your phone and also with the touch controls. Listen to the built-in radio as well as make a phone call at the same time.
The new Wireless Home Audio System MBS-900 packs in 2.1 audio for a complete audio experience, supports Bluetooth A2DP and AVRCP profile, 3.5 line-in function, built-in FM receiver, control music settings with your mobile phone or speaker touch keys and monochrome OLED display.
Sony Ericsson has also announced its W705u Walkman phone. UMA lets you seamlessly switch between the mobile network and local area networks with the GSM/Wi-Fi dual capabilities. It is exclusively available with the network operator Orange from Q1 2009.
Sporting in Luxury Silver and Passionate Red, the W705 will be exclusively available with Orange from Q1 2009. The Wireless Home Audio System MBS-900 will also hit the markets from Q1 2009.
